The performance based incentive scheme which the government has planned will further ensure that all the money which is given as a tax rebate is utilized for the welfare of the state. The employment figures which have resulted from film production is impressive too. Florida has the third largest trained professionals of the entertainment industry in the country. The state also has prominent educational institutions to produce qualified graduates and undergraduates who also have a on job experience in film production. These institutions flourish under the influence of the film producing units who hire extra workforce and crew from these colleges. The media industry employs lakhs of people every year and with the growth in the industry, the absorption rate is growing up day by day.
